| 摘 要： | 近年来我国房价的非理性暴涨和国务院的诸多调控政策对房地产销售产生了很大的影响,本文结合限购政策下房地产企业的生存状况,提出了当前形势下房地产企业的应对策略,倡导其进行经营结构的转型和调整,走经营多元化、多地点的发展道路。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the irrational boom of China’s housing price and many regulation policy of the State Council have a great impact on the real estate sales.With the living conditions of the real estate business under restriction policy,the paper puts forward the coping strategies of real estate business under the current situation,advocates the transition and adjustment of operation structure in real estate enterprises,and takes the diversified,multi-site development way for real estate enterprises. |
