Application of Value Engineering in Transformation of Stilts-tier Space of Classroom Building

As a management method,the effect of value engineering on improving the return on investment in housing construction projects is remarkable.The paper expounds detailed process,i.e.Applying Value Engineering to conduct preferred evaluation on two design schemes of transformation of stilts-tier space of classroom building of Zhejiang A & F University,and illustrates how to apply Value Engineering to get the optimal design scheme,so as to make project reach maximization of value within a certain amount of investment.
