| 摘 要： | 基于规范考核,提高学校科学管理水平,学校探索"五位一体"岗位管理目标责任制考核体系的构建和实践研究。本文从考核体系构建的理论基础、实践研究、推动效果、思考和探索等几方面进行了阐述,可作为同类高职高专院校考核体系构建的参考。

| Abstract: | On the basis of standardizing assessment and improving the level of scientific management of colleges,the college explores the construction and practical research of the evaluation system for "five in one" job management target responsibility system.This paper describes the theoretical basis,practical research,promoting effect,thinking and exploration of the construction of this evaluation system,which can be considered as the reference for the construction of evaluation system in a similar vocational college. |
