A Core Element of Fine Hospital Management: The Construction and Practice of Information System

The fine hospital management has been widely explored by the parts of domestic hospital administrators,which requires hospital management process to be reengineered and information management system to be constructed.This article focuses on the information system with a better adaptability,relevance and operability to be constructed independently by our hospital.The aim is to greatly reduce manpower consumption,raise operating efficiency,reduce manmade careless omissions,and establish a foundation for the implementation of the fine hospital management resulted from a unified management of financial,human sources,materials and information.
