摘    要:为实施高教质量工程,高校的质量观应由"符合型"转向"适用、服务型",应倡导顾客满意战略的实践。文中结合实际探讨高校为何要倡导顾客满意战略、高校顾客的需求和期望、学生满意测评等。

Abstract:The universities require changing the concept of quality from "quality conformity" to "applicability,service mode",advocate the practice of customer satisfaction strategy,for the improvement of the higher education quality.The paper uses universities as a case study to discuss why to advocate customer satisfaction strategy,customer needs and expectations,student satisfaction evaluation,etc.
