地铁工程的进度控制

由于地铁施工建设规模庞大,技术和管理力量难以充分保证,而地铁车站又多位于交通繁杂地段,这给施工增加了很大的难度,也对施工的进度有了相对高的要求,本文结合贵阳市城市轨道工程行政中心车站的施工讲解了施工过程中如何将加快进度与质量统筹兼顾,以保证工程的质量及工期要求。

Progress Control of Subway Construction

Due to the huge scale of metro construction,technology and management forces are difficult to fully guarantee,and metro station is often located in complex traffic lots,which increase the difficulty to construction and also has relative high requirements on the progress of construction.This article combined with the construction of Guiyang City track engineering administrative center station to explain how to integrate the speed of progress and quality in construction process,to guarantee quality of engineering and the duration requirements.
