新形势下高职课程改革的三个核心元素

摘    要:国家和地方《中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的贯彻实施将为高职课程改革注入了新的活力。而在以往的课程改革中人们总是想出奇出新唯课程而课程改革,常常忽视了"专业、教师、学生"这三个核心元素。本文结合作者多年高职教学与改革的实际经验,从高职课程改革与专业、教师、学生的关系等方面,论述了高职课程改革必须围绕"专业——课程改革的起止点,教师——课程改革的主力军,学生——课程改革成效的检验者"这三个核心元素开展。并就围绕这三个核心元素改革高职课程提出了建议。

Abstract:The implementation of the national and local Outline of the Mid-and-long Term Educational Reform and Development Program will inject new vitality for the reform of the vocational curriculum.In the previous curriculum reform past,people always want to surprisingly or newly reform curriculum for curriculum,and often ignore three core elements: "specialty,teachers and students".With author’s many years practical experience of vocational education and reform,from the relationship of vocational curriculum reform with specialty,teachers and students,discusses the vocational curriculum reform must center around the specialty:starting and ending point of the curriculum reform;teachers:the main force of curriculum reform;students:the test persons of the effectiveness of curriculum reform to carry out.And recommendations are proposed around three core elements.
