| 摘 要： | 石油工程投标是一项充满风险及竞争的商业活动,如何争取国际机会、在投标中展示自己得到实力、信誉和经验,并且规避或降低来自各方面的风险是竞标过程中要面对的主要问题。本文主要分析了石油工程投标过程中存在的风险,并研究了在竞标过程中所使用的策略。

| Abstract: | Petroleum engineering bidding is full of risky and competitive business activity,and how to strive for international opportunities to show own strength,reputation and experience in bidding,and avoid or reduce the risk from all sides is the major problem facing in the process of competitive bidding.This paper analyzes the risks existing in petroleum engineering bidding,and studies the coping strategies in the process of bidding. |
