| 摘 要： | 本文在对财务风险和预警机制的基本理论进行简要阐述的基础上,从财务风险预警机制构成要素的角度指出了目前企业预警机制中普遍存在的问题,提出了具有针对性的改进措施。并基于提出的改进措施构建Logistic财务风险预警模型对企业的财务风险进行判别,希望能给企业的风险管理提供一些帮助。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the basic theory of financial risk and early warning mechanisms briefly,on this basis pointed put the common problems in current corporate early warning mechanism from the perspective of the constituent elements of financial risk early warning system,and made targeted improvement measures.And based on the proposed improvement measures,it built the Logistic financial risk early warning model to determine the financial risk of corporate,in hope of giving some help to risk management. |
