摘    要:介绍了浮选柱在新疆某铜钼矿山在二期扩建中使用效果,将浮选柱应用于钼的粗选和精选,提高了钼精矿的品位和回收率,增大了富集比,提高了自动化控制程度,达到了节能降耗的目的。实践证明,浮选柱的应用取得了很好的经济效益,在有色金属选矿上有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The use effect of flotation column in second period of extension of a Xinjiang copper molybdenum mine is introduced.Applying flotation column to molybdenum roughing and refining improves grade and recovery of molybdenum concntrate,increases the concentration ratio,improves the degree of automation control,and achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.Practice has proved the application of flotation column achieves good economic benefits,and it has wide application prospect in non-ferrous metal mineral processing.
