高职会计专业人才培养模式新探究

针对现代企业对高职会计人才的需求状况,本文在分析了现有的高职会计专业实践教学的培养途径及弊端的基础上,积极探索改革传统的高职会计人才培养教学模式,摸索实践教学新途径,研究建立有高职特色的,符合现代企业需求的全新的会计人才培养模式。

Exploration on the Talents Training Mode of Accounting Major in Higher Vocational College

For the demands of modern enterprise to accounting talents in higher vocational education,this article analyses the existing training approaches of practice teaching of accountant specialty in higher vocational colleges and their disadvantages,on this basis,actively explores the reform of the traditional training mode and the new practical teaching ways,and studies the establishment of accounting talents cultivation mode with the higher vocational characteristics to meet the modern enterprise needs.
