供应链风险预警机制的构建

本文分析了构建供应链风险预警机制的必要性、基本原则、构成内容和主要策略,认为构建供应链风险预警机制是供应链风险管理的一个重要组成部分,也是防范供应链风险的重要手段,包括四大构成要素:信息收集—传递机制是基础,预警分析组织机构是主体,风险分析机制是核心和关键,风险处理机制是目的和归宿。文章提出,构建供应链风险预警机制,一要明确供应链风险预警目标,形成风险预警目标体系;二要培养供应链风险预警文化,增强风险意识和技能;三要建立供应链风险预警组织,发挥其风险预警中坚作用;四要利用供应链风险预警系统方法,制定系统优化的风险预警策略;五要利用现代科学技术特别是信息技术,实现风险预警系统的科学化、系统化。

The Establishment of Alarm System of Supply Chain Risk

The authors point out that the establishment of alarm system of supply chain risk (SCR) is an important means of prevention of SCR. Around the establi shment of alarm system of SCR, the necessity of establishing alarm system of SC R is expounded firstly, the fundamental of establishing alarm system of SCR is presented, its composing is analyzed, and finally establishing policies for al arm system of SCR are discussed. To establish the alarm system of supply chain r isk, we should, first, clarify the objective of the alarm system of supply ch ain risk; second, cultivate the culture of alarm system of supply chain risk; third, establish the organization of alarm system of supply chain risk; fourth , map out the strategy of alarm system of supply chain risk; and fifth, estab lish scientific alarm system of supply chain risk with the help of IT applicatio n.
