On Relation between Human Capital and Regional Economic Development

Human capital is the most important element in the development of regional economy. Human capital can exert influence on regional economy in growth speed, display of its comparative advantages, formation of center city and city rim, sustainable development and so on. In order to promote the development of regional economy, we must spend more on human capital in a region and adopt some measures to accelerate human capital accumulation.
