| 摘 要： | 利用结构偏离度指数对成都产业结构和就业结构的相关性进行了研究,结果表明:成都第一产业和第三产业的产业结构与就业结构具有很强的相关性,第二产业的产业结构与就业结构呈微弱相关,就业人口继续向第三产业转移。在此研究基础上,本文提出了实现成都产业结构调整与充分就业目标协调发展的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This article carries on the real diagnosis to the Chengdu industry structure and the employment structure studies with structure deviation index. The study of the correlation results show that : The industrial structure and the employment structure of Chengdu primary industry and tertiary industry has a strong correlation, the second industrial structure and the employment structure has weak correlation, the population continue to shift to the tertiary industry.On this basis,this article proposed a policy for adjustment of industrial structure and coor—dinating development of full employment. |
