摘    要:传统"老字号"企业缺乏对自身品牌的管理,尤其缺乏在新的经营环境下品牌再造,致使"老字号"的发展陷入了困境。从"老字号"的发展现状和面临的问题入手,对"老字号"进行重新定位,提出了"老字号"改造的的原则和方法,为"老字号"品牌价值提升提供了新方法。

Abstract:Time-honoured brand Enterprise is lack of the management of its brand,and it is especially lack of the Business Process Reengineering.All these make the development of the Time-honoured brand Enterprise in a difficult position.It dicusss the problem in a new view of the status,and put forward the Principles and methods,and it provide a new method for the upgradeion of the brand value.
