广州市就业次中心与CBD动态发展研究

自20世纪20年代起CBD就一直是国外学者们的关注重点,自20世纪80年代后期就业次中心也成了西欧和北美学者们的研究热点。本文试图使用2004年和2008年广州市两次经济普查的分街道就业人员数据,以及就业人员密度方法来定义CBD和就业次中心,并运用空间分析法、比较分析法和图形分析法研究广州市就业次中心和CBD动态发展。研究结果显示,从2004～2008年广州市就业次中心和CBD的数量没有发生变化,但各个街道的就业人员密度有所增加,就业次中心和CBD的服务功能也得到增强;就业次中心的动力机制由以第二产业为主转向以第三产业产业为主,双核CBD逐渐连接成单核CBD,并呈现向各个方向扩散之势。

Guangzhou employment centre and CBD motivation development research

Since 1920s,CBD has becoming an important topic and since the late 1980s,’employment subcentres’has appeared been an interesting topic for academics and researchers in the metropolises of North American and Western Europe.This paper uses spatial analysis,comparative analysis and image analysis method to dynamic study the employment subcentres based on the first and second economic census data of Guangzhou.In conclusion,the paper regards that the number of employment subcentres and CBDs has not changed.However,the employment density of Jiedao has increased,the service function of CBD and employment has improved,the main mechanism of employment has changed from the secondary industry to tertiary industry,the two-core CBD has joined and spread around.
