摘    要:房地产业的飞速发展使房地产开发资金过多依赖于银行贷款,商业银行承受了房地产市场运行中各个环节的市场风险和信用风险.随着房地产金融调控措施频频出台,传统融资渠道紧缩,房地产融资渠道必须进一步多元化.

Abstract:The development in real estate make it a fact that the real estate fund depends too much on the bank credit. The commercial bank runs the risks of markets and credits in every link. With the frequent measures of the real estate regulation by financing carried out, the traditional credit channel has become narrow. As a result, pluralism may be put into practice for the real estate credit channels.
