| 摘 要： | 本文运用1989～2005年中国银行业发展和监管的相关数据对中国银行业监管效果进行系统的实证检验,并对银行业监管进行维度细分。实证结果显示,银行业监管总体上是有效的,促进了银行业业务规模的发展,提高了银行经营效率,降低了银行业面临的风险水平,但具体到监管的维度上,“政府拥有银行的比例”检验效果不明显,“市场力量参与监管”不是很理想,还需要继续加强。
