| Abstract: | The paper proves that the macro and micro performance of state-owned enterprises is low as a result of improper institutional arrangement and mismatched investment subject.The analysis based on such aspects as market mechanism,policy,and private enterprises'own advantages concludes that Chinese private enterprises are fit for being the main subject of our future FDI. |
