黑果腺肋花楸的组培快繁技术研究

摘    要:对黑果腺肋花楸的组培快繁技术进行了研究。结果表明:茎段茎尖在MS+BA2+NAA0.2培养基上可诱导出愈伤组织,在MS+BA0.1+NAA0.015培养基上继代一次即可出苗,繁苗系数8倍以上;生根培养以1/2MS+NAA0.04培养基为最好,生根率达100%,并且每株可达5~10条根;移栽基质以纯沙为最好,成活率达98%以上。

Abstract:Micn-prpagation technology of was made of the black chokeberry ( Aronia melanocarpa ) for its rapid propagation. Orthogonal design indicated that MS+6-BA0.1mg/L+NAA0. 015mg/L was the best culture medium to induce proliferation buds from its tuber. Propagation coefficient was eight times or above. The best culture medium for multiplication of cluster shoots wasl/2 MS+NAA 0.04 mg/L. When micropropagated plantlets with well-developed root systems were transferred to planting bed of sand in a greenhouse, 98% of the plantlets survived.
