摘    要:利用系统基模法对中小企业在经营过程中面临市场需求和价格两个主要问题,通过正负反馈环、成长极限基模和富者愈富基模的分析,得出中小企业要想在竞争中获胜,必须实施聚焦战略和差异化战略,根据市场需求,开发出相应的产品。

Abstract:The paper analyses two main business problems of small and medium enterprises in the face of market demand and price by system modelling. Through the analysis of its positive and negative feedbacks, growth limit modal and getting richer model, the paper points out that these enterprises should adopt differentiation strategy and focus strategy to produce in accordance with market demand.
