| 摘 要： | 卡特尔16特征是人格测评的重要工具。本文基于不同血型者的卡特尔16特征具有差异性的假设,对160份样本进行了全面系统的分析,得出了不同血型者的卡特尔16特征及其差异。并用这一结论与日本血型专家铃木芳正的血型个性理论进行对比,得出了对企业用人有价值的结论。

Additionally ,it proposes some constructive suggestions for enterprise. |
