| Abstract: | The advent of international offshore financial market is a significant breakthrough and an innovation of international financial market. Although it is developed from traditional financial market, there are many differences between them, with the offshore market having its particular characters. The author has concluded and enumerated them thoroughly. The conclusion should help us distinguish offshore financial markets from onshore ones and provide a reference for new offshore financial markets' foundation. |
