新时期中原城市群加快发展的战略思路

中原城市群是我国中西部地区最具竞争力的地区之一,也是河南社会经济发展的高地,其公共基础设施目前有了较大改观,良好的内部分工协作氛围初步形成。但还存在着产业同构较强,城市体系不合理,中心城市发展不充分,辐射带动效应不明显,与河南其他三大区域的经济发展差异拉大,支撑郑汴一体化的产业非常薄弱,缺乏有效的运行机制等问题。指出要加快中原城市群的发展,必须转换发展思路,构架大中原城市群"一极、两圈、三层"的发展格局,统筹发展"郑汴新区",深化"郑汴一体化"。
