摘    要:教师教学效能感优劣取决于外部因素和个人因素.从外部因素看应提高老师待遇、营造良好的校园文化.从个人因素看反复教学实践、良好的归因训练、自身素质、修养的提高可以有效提高自己的教学效能感.
