退耕还林与粮食安全的博弈

我国退耕还林的面积近几年波动幅度很大,这与我国的粮食安全问题有关。有人认为要保证我国的粮食安全就应减缓退耕还林的步伐。文章认为,退耕还林不是粮食减少的主要原因,其主要原因是由于经济发展和种植结构调整导致的耕地面积减少,以及粮食单产的减少。从一定角度来看,退耕还林不仅不会危机粮食安全,而且还会提高粮食安全的系数,只要在搞好退耕还林工作的同时,做好其他方面的工作,退耕还林不会对我国粮食安全造成影响。
