| 摘 要： | 土地利用总体规划是保障土地资源安全的重要内容和手段。为促进社会经济可持续发展,保证土地资源合理利用,犍为县开展了土地利用总体规划修编工作。笔者在实际参与的基础上,总结了该县在修编中存在的问题:(1)基础数据不准确;(2)行政干预过多;(3)公众参与程度低。文章分析了产生问题的原因,并提出具体的对策。

| Abstract: | General planning of land use is an important means for protecting the land resources Qianwei county has implemented the revision of the general planning of land use in order to guarantee the society and economy sustainable development and land rational use.The author of this paper participated the revision work,summarized the problems existing in the revision:(1)basic data are inaccurate;(2)administration interference is tanto;(3)the degree of public participation was low.The paper analyzes their reasons and puts forward some countermeasures. |
