Thinking on improving Western farmer financial income

The farmers of west region have no better and more sources of property income being in the condition of uncultured economy.Therefore,the critical way to improve the quality of their property income is to raise their income of wages and management effectively.Owing to there being stronger relativity between the property income and wages income,a valid strategy of "creating the condition to let more crowds own property income" is to raise the wages income of western farmers.
