| Abstract: | Through expatiating the concept of city management and the importance of assets, we refer to the idea of urban land management, and analyze the main content of urban land management, then, we propose a new innovative way for urban land management by setting up the commission-agency mechanism, and discuss the earning distribution of urban land management. |
