知识经济时代民航人力资源开发与管理探析

摘    要:根据知识经济时代对人力资源开发与管理的要求,结合民航企事业单位的现状,文章提出通过着力构建学习型组织、健全终身教育体系、培育优秀企业文化、市场化配置人才、建立科学评价体系、健全人才激励机制、推广应用HRIS系统等举措,建立健全以人为本的现代人力资源开发和管理,以推动民航强国战略的实现。

Abstract:According to the requirement of human resource development and management in knowledge economy times,this paper puts forward measures such as construction of learning type organization,perfecting the system of lifelong education,cultivating excellent enterprise culture,market allocation of talent,establishing scientific evaluation system,perfecting talent incentive mechanism,popularization and application of HRIS system and so on,in order to establish people-oriented modern human resources development and management to promote the implementation of strategy of Civil Aviation Powerful Nation.
