| 摘 要： | 首先,对经济学视角下和管理学视角下横向监督研究的分歧进行了辨析,据此提出了基于"理性人"假定的横向监督认知框架,并对选择"理性人"假定的原因进行系统论证。然后,依据该假定进一步对横向监督的结构和影响因素进行了理论分析。最后,对横向监督的未来研究进行展望,形成横向监督的认知体系与研究框架——一方面可为不同学科视角下的研究分歧提供解释依据,另一方面可实现超越学科视角的对横向监督的一般性认知。

| Abstract: | Firstly,this paper differentiates and analyzes the divergence in the research on peer monitoring under the perspective of economics and management,and proposes a cognitive frame on peer monitoring based on the hypothesis of rational man. Then,it further analyzes the structure and influencing factor of peer monitoring in theory. Finally,it points out the future research direction of peer monitoring,and forms the perceiving system and research frame,which could explain the differences in the perspectives research on peer monitoring between economics and management, and provide the general cognitive for peer monitoring beyond the above-mentioned two subjects. |
