“双反”背景下中国半导体照明产业的比较优势及发展对策

将中国的半导体照明产业与光伏产业进行对比,分析了半导体照明产业在产业结构、市场布局、政策驱动等方面的优势,总结了中国半导体照明产业发展存在的问题,并提出了推动产业良性发展的对策建议。研究认为:中国半导体照明产业存在技术创新能力弱、市场竞争无序、产业政策不合理等问题,应从取消生产补贴、建立协同创新机制、加强行业引导、规范政策文本4个方面调整产业发展的思路和政策。

Comparative Advantage and Development Countermeasure of China's Light Emitting Diode Industry in Background of Anti-dumping and Anti-subsidy

Through comparing with the photovohaic industry, this paper analyzes the advantages of China＇s LED industry in three aspects, namely industry structure,market distribution and policy-driven. On the basis of summarizing the problems existing in China＇s LED industry,it presents the countermeasure for promoting the development of LED industry. It points out that China＇s LED industry has the problems,such as weak technology innovation ability, disorderly market competition and unreasonable industry policy, and proposes four aspects for promoting the development ol LED industry, namely canceling the production subsidies, establishing the mechanism ol coordination innovation, enhancing the industry guidance and regulating the policy document.
