| 摘 要： | 本文以我国饭店企业跨国发展为背景,对饭店企业在宏观经济体制改革中的发展路径进行分析总结,揭示了我国饭店企业国际竞争力的演变过程,并进而指出了要实现我国饭店企业国际竞争力向高级进阶,制定跨国发展战略、进行组织学习和制度创新是其中必不可少的关键步骤。

| Abstract: | Under the backgrounds of special situation of international development in Chinese hotel corporations,this paper analyzed the development path in the context of macroeconomic reform and explored the evolution processes of the Chinese international competence.In order to enter the higher level of the international competence,establishing the international strategy and carrying through the learning and innovation plan are absolutely necessarily steps. |
