粤港合作进一步深化的探讨

粤港两地应在现有基础上,进一步加强彼此合作,超越制度与政策环境的差异,经济发展水平的差距,作为一个经济整体,协同发展。在制度、资本、技术与产业方面加强合作,促进产业的内部与外部转移,以及彼此产业结构的升级,以利于经济的分工与互补发展。在此基础上,加快珠三角都市带的形成,并以珠三角都市带为龙头,带动整个泛珠三角的发展。

Probing into Guangdong,Hongkong and Macau’s further cooperation

Guangdong and Hong kong can strengthen mutual cooperation and develop as an economic entity on the basis of the current conditions, regardless of the differences of system and policy, its economic development gap. Strengthening cooperation on the system, capital,technology and industry can promote industry transfer and upgrade its structure. It will speed up the urban zone formation of Chu Chiang Delta and development of Pan-Pearl River Delta.
