| 摘 要： | 2007年底获批"全国资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设综合配套改革实验区"的长株潭城市群在发展静脉产业上刚刚起步,本文结合长株潭城市群发展现状,指出发展静脉产业是构建长株潭城市群环境友好型社会的必然选择,并针对长株潭城市群静脉产业发展困境提出配套静脉产业发展规划、建立健全地方性法律法规、加大科技研发力度和提高公众资源环境意识等建设性建议。 |

| Abstract: | by the end of 2007 approved a ＂national resource and environment-friendly society building an experimental zone for comprehensive reform＂ of the Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration vein in the development of industries has just started,this paper,development of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan City Group,pointed out that the Construction industry is the development of venous Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration environment-friendly society an inevitable choice,and Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration vein for industrial development to support the plight of intravenous industrial development planning. |
