金融危机下有色金属行业关联担保存在的问题及对策

波及全球的金融危机对有色金属行业冲击很大,我国有色金属行业的上市公司经营出现了资金周转的问题。关联担保贷款是解决资金问题的一条重要途径。本文就是研究金融危机背景下我国有色金属行业上市公司的关联担保表现出来的一些新问题,并对其原因进行分析进而提出一些对策。本文数据来源是上海证券交易所有色金属行业的2008年年报。

Nonferrous metalindustry related guarantee existing problem and countermeasure under financial crisis

Affected by the global financial crisis on the impact of a large non-ferrous metals industry, nonferrous metals industry of China＇s listed companies had a liquidity problem. Associated funds secured loan is an important way to the problem. This article is a study of the financial crisis in the context of non-ferrous metals industry of China＇s listed companies guarantee the performance of the association of a number of new issues come out, and further analysis of the reasons put forward some countermeasures.
