| 摘 要： | 文章对休闲度假旅游的概念进行了界定,分析了其特点,并归纳总结我国城乡休闲度假旅游市场及其需求特点。根据对峨眉山建设成休闲度假旅游目的地的优劣势分析,提出了峨眉山休闲度假旅游目的地建设的对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the definition of leisure and vacation tour and its characteristics. The author also summarized the demand for leisure and holiday -making tour. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of making Mt Emei a leisure and holiday- making resort, the author put forward some suggestions to fulfill the goal. |
