河南省中小企业信用担保体系完善与创新

目前,河南省中小企业信用担保体系已初步形成,但是,信用担保体系不够健全和完善,还存在担保体系的整体功能不强、部分担保机构运作不规范等问题。为此,本文提出重构中小企业信用担保结构模式、建立和完善政策性担保机构的风险补偿机制、加强对信用担保机构的监督和管理等建议。
