| 摘 要： | 本文从商业银行经营的基本理念,即流动性、安全性和赢利性出发,结合当前社会各界普遍关注的社会责任,构建了商业银行经营业绩的多元指标,运用因子分析法对我国14家上市商业银行的经营业绩进行全面评价,最后在此基础上对商业银行的经营管理提出建议。

| Abstract: | Combining the theory of commercial bank’s liquidity, security, profitability and social responsibility, the paper establishes a multi-factor measuring system for China’s commercial banks. It also uses factor analysis to analyze the date. Finally, it presents some important policy suggestions. |
