长株潭经济一体化体系构建思路

本文在分析长株潭经济情况及一体化前景的基础上,提出了长株潭经济一体化的一种新思路,即长株潭一体化进程应该是把经济一体化放在首位,在有规划前提下行政调控应该让位于经济自觉,不能以硬性的行政规划来推动经济一体化进程,从而促进三市经济的稳步发展。

Based on the analysis of the economic situation of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan and the prospects of integration of these three cities, we put forward a new idea, namely, the process of integration of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan should be droved by economic initiative rather than the administrative actions of government to promote the steady development of economy.
