井口防喷器用户满意指数测评方法研究

摘    要:根据井口防喷器的具体特点,建立了井口防喷器用户满意指数模型及求解模型的一系列统计方法,构造出避免人为地确定用户满意各指标的权重统计量,提出了对这个权重统计量和满意度指数进行标准化的方法。通过统计分析系统的含隐变量线性结构方程的协方差分析过程进行分析,井口防喷器用户满意指数模型具有良好的拟合性,揭示出模型中各个隐变量之间的相互关系。为井口防喷器设计、制造、销售、技术服务等提供了积极有用的信息。

Abstract:Compared with the evaluation of Customer Satisfaction Degree(CSD), Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI) can reflect the essential relation between the factors that affect the satisfaction degree of the evaluated, thus providing reliable information for enterprise management. In view of the specific characteristics of brace blowout preventers, a CSI model is established together with a series of statistical methods for solving it. In addition, a statistical weight used to avoid man-made CSI is constructed and the methods of standardizing the statistical weight and CSI are suggested. A covariance analysis of linear structural equation (CALIS) for latent variables in statistical analysis system shows that the CSI model for brace blowout preventers is fairly fit, as the correlation between latent variables in the model is revealed, so as to provide useful information for the design, manufacture, sale, and technical service of brace blowout preventers.
