| 摘 要： | 如何让城市真正成为人们有希望、有梦想、有尊严的美好家园,城市应如何发展才能避免或缓解并最终消除城市化进程中产生的诟病?这是全人类面临的共同命题。人类唯有选择绿色发展路径,用绿色发展理念指导城市升级,才能让城市更美好,让生活在城市中的人真正分享城市化的成果,实现人类追求未来美好生活的共同愿望。绿色发展与城市升级的实现离不开区域的自然条件以及社会发展条件。绿色发展与城市升级的关键就是寻找平衡区域发展中能实现人口、资源、环境、经济相协调的发展路径。 |
