| 摘 要： | 我国市场经济在稳步发展,招标制度在不断的完善,市政工程的市场竞争越发激烈,当地市政工程其市场份额被外地企业的入驻所打破,从而发展为以工程项目的管理为核心,形成了企业生产管理模式.工程项目的目标成本控制,是企业利益、社会效益的保障.本文就对如何降低成本、提高市政工程企业经济效益,作简要分析.
