| 摘 要： | 我国是一个人口大国:每年有大量的啤酒需求,同时会产生大量的啤酒瓶,若不回收,将造成大量的资源浪费.但现实的情况是啤酒厂商坦言,回收一个啤酒瓶的价格有时比购买一个新啤酒瓶的价格还高,因此他们会选择购买新啤酒瓶,啤酒瓶回收的减少,必然导致啤酒瓶生产数量的增加,带来的环境污染成本和废物处理成本都得由政府来买单.本文就是将企业选择回收与购买啤酒瓶的利益与政府的利益进行比较,得出政府应该采取怎样的措施才能实现企业和政府的双赢.
