| 摘 要： | 建筑工程技术管理是项目部门的日常管理工作,其实施程度的好坏,直接决定着企业未来的发展情况,优质的技术管理可以提高工程进度与工程质量,并且有效实现企业的成本控制.本文首先阐述了各个施工阶段的技术管理内容,主要为三个方面,接着点明确了技术管理工作的任务与目的,在文章最后提出了技术管理工作中需要注意的问题,以望更好地指导建筑施工企业良性发展,同时希望本文对于相关人士有借鉴或参考意义.
