| 摘 要： | 从人力资本角度，运用人均受教育年限法度量了中国各地区不同年份的劳动力受教育状况。运用聚类和线性回归法分析了近20多年来中国各地区人均受教育年限与经济增长的关系。全国各地区的经济发展与该地区的人力资本开发力度存在显著的正相关关系。加大对中西部地区的教育投资，提高其人均受教育年限，是实现国土经济平衡发展的一条重要途径。

| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of human capital, the education situation of labor in different regions and different years in China is studied using average education time for per person. Cluster and liner regression methods are employed to analyze the relationship between average education time and economic growth for different regions in past twenty years. Then is a positive relation between the exploitation of human capital and economic growth for a region in China. To redize the balanced development of national economy, it is necessary to increase the education investment and the average education time for western areas. |
