长沙城市生态安全建设探析

长沙生态安全建设是其生态城市建设的重要组成部分;从结构、功能和协调度3方面构建了一个生态安全指标体系,得到其综合指数(ESCI)为0.613,再通过现状问题分析,提出从加强基础设施建设、提高污水处理能力、努力推进城市绿化建设、加大环保和科教投资、科学合理的调整产业结构、普及和提高环保意识、加强生态安全规划建设等方面加强建设。

A study on the construction of ecological security in Changsha City

The construction of eco-security in Changsha city is the important part of its construction of ecological city.This text has constructed an index system on urban eco-security in Changsha from three respects which are the structure,function and coordination,with it we can know that ESCI in Changsha is 0.613.With the analysis on the present problems,this text has proposed that we can strengthen infrastructure construction,improve sewage disposal,make great efforts to advance afforestation construction,strengthen environmental protection and the investment of science education,adjust industrial structure by the science reasonable way,popularize and improve environmental consciousness,strengthen the eco-security planning and construction and so on to improve the construction of eco-security in Changsha city.
