| 摘 要： | 农村基础教育的发展对于建设社会主义新农村具有重要的意义。文章分析了农村基础教育的供给机制和投融资体制,探讨完善投融资体制的思路,指出可以从制度安排上保证农村基础教育投融资适应社会主义新农村建设的需要。
