| 摘 要： | 酒类制造企业要构建核心资源和核心竞争力以应对挑战,需要人力资源管理的支持,而良好的人力资源规划则是其中重要的一环。本文基于行业实际,探讨酒类制造企业人力资源规划的原则与流程,分析酒类制造企业人力资源规划与战略的一致性,并指出总体规划和业务规划的重点以及规划实施时须注意的问题。
