| 摘 要： | 文中以北京昊华有限公司下的木城涧煤矿为依托,介绍了现代煤炭企业在物资管理方面信息化建设和实施过程。该矿通过开发并应用井下重要物资跟踪管理信息系统,对物资的管理由传统的经验型管理模式转向精细化管理模式,并相应制定了新的物资管理制度。实施结果表明,该煤矿在物资管理水平方面和企业经济效益都获得明显的改善和提高。
